Association Act (VereinsG)

The Association Act (VereinsG) contains the public-law regulation of the otherwise privately regulated law of associations. Associations within the meaning of the law are all associations of legal or natural persons who have voluntarily joined forces for a common purpose.

Relevance for energy communities: Energy communities, depending on the purpose and objectives can be organised as an association.
