→ If possible, only use one “To Do”-list/checklist per event to not lose an overview (if you have various people in your team helping you, you could consider using an online document).
→ Think of your timeline and how tasks are dependent on each other. Calculate deadlines for each task depending on their duration to have everything ready in time (and keep them 😉).
